New Comparable Only Entry Protocol - effective Aug. 2, 2024
Registered Office Exclusives (ROEs), Builder, FSBOs, or listed in other MLSs
RACI has updated protocol for compliance with new IRMLS Rule: 2.5.1 Comparable-only listings. Listings that qualify for Comparable Only entry may be submitted to the MLS after closing by entering all required data for Sold status, and saving as a partial before filling out Comparable Only Listing form with sold data and documents.
SentriLock lockbox access available: 8 a.m. to 10:00 p.m.

NOTE: SentriLock lockboxes are experiencing a known & intermittent issue regarding assignment of lockboxes to listings.
GOOD NEWS! We have a couple of 'easy' workarounds.

In Paragon: using 'grid view' in Listing Maintenance choose the 'Select an Action' and select 'SentriLock - Assign'

In Paragon Connect: in Listing Maintenace through the overflow menu choose SentriLock Assign from the third-party integrations
If the box cannot be assigned to an address, it does not affect access to the listing. Authorized
users can still use the SentriKey Real Estate app to unlock and access the listing. The app functions independently of whether the box is assigned to an address, ensuring uninterrupted access for showings and appointments.

Alert RACI MLS staff of a potential violation by email, Paragon Correction button, or directly through ListingDIV.
